Time at which you would like the items delivered

(Please allow 2-3 hours after your flight arrival to ensure you are there to receive your hire items)

(This must be at least 4 hours before your flight departure unless agreed otherwise in writing)

Please choose the items you wish to hire from the list below. To choose, for example, a travel cot, please set the Travel Cot 'Quantity Required' to 1 (If you require two travel cots, set the quantity to 2, etc.) You can also select multiple different items in this way, ie. a travel cot, highchair, bottle steriliser, etc. When you have finished choosing your items, please click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom of this page to send us the information you have supplied.

Essential Rentals charges all rentals for a minimum period of one week, even if you only wish to hire for a few days. This is in order to cover our costs. Daily prices are only shown here for additional days required OVER AND ABOVE one or two week bookings, and are not to be used independently. Please check your TOTAL price (including any delivery / surcharge / deposit) with us before confirming your order.

On arrival in Spain, please switch your mobile phone on so we can reach you (if neccessary) regarding any delivery problems or delays.

If your flight is delayed please telephone our office on (0034) 96 646 2424 as soon as possible to inform us. Failure to do so may result in an increased delivery charge, as we may have to attempt delivery more than once.

Please note that payments must be made in cash (euros only) on delivery and that no credit card facilities are available in resort.

A cash deposit of up to 100€ per item may be taken at time of delivery, depending on the item(s) hired. Your order confirmation email will detail whether this will be required.

Please note that all orders totalling 30€ or less are subject to a 5€ surcharge to help offset delivery costs. Additional delivery charges up to a maximum of 30€ may also apply, depending on your distance from our base in Javea. Deliveries or collections required before 8am or after 8pm Monday to Saturday or any time Sunday or a Spanish Fiesta day carry an additional 5€ surcharge. Delivery or collection before 6am and after 10pm are not possible. Please contact us if you are unsure how your total bill was reached once you have received your quotation.

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we may free up the reserved stock for other clients. Failure to cancel your order with us before your delivery date will result in full charges being applied at the time of delivery.

Please return all items in a clean and working state. Items found to be in need of extensive cleaning and/or repair/replacement will be charged for as appropriate upon collection, or some or all of your deposit may be retained.
